Organic ice cream is nothing new. Your grandparents had a novel name for it: ice cream. And cookie dough ice cream isn’t new either, as those guys in Vermont made a big splash with it in the 1980s. But, for the first time ever, I’m elated to bring the first organic chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream to the world. It took years of work to get it here, but I think you’ll agree that it was worth the persistence.
